Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Ph.D. degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Preferred GPA of 3.00 in current graduate school.
• Must be eligible to comply with U.S. export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Solve diverse, open-ended problems with data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with domain experts to accelerate digital initiatives across Dow functions.
• Support development scientists in predicting formulation properties and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to product, process research, safety, sustainability and supply chain optimization projects.
