Job summary

Montefiore Einstein is seeking a Phase 1 Clinical Trial Manager to support the CCTO Phase 1 Program Director and Medical Director in expanding operations for solid tumor trials in the Bronx.

The CTM will coordinate daily trial operations, liaise with investigators, research staff, sponsors, and cross-functional teams, manage billing tasks, and monitor portfolio performance using data metrics; a proactive, organized leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in clinical research.
• SOCRA/CCRC certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, and NCI regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily Phase 1 trial operations.
• Serve as primary liaison between investigators, staff, and sponsors.
