Job summary

Montefiore is seeking a Phase 1 Clinical Trial Manager to support the Early Phase Therapeutics program. The role will oversee daily operations of solid tumor Phase 1 trials and coordinate across investigators, staff, and sponsors.

The candidate will manage billing compliance, review data metrics, and contribute to portfolio performance. Bachelor's degree required; clinical research experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical research.
• CCRP (SOCRA) or CCRC certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations regarding clinical trials.
• Proficiency with MS Office, databases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Well-organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Overssee and coordinate daily operations of solid tumor Phase 1 trials.
• Serve as primary point of coordination between investigators, research staff, ancillary departments, and sponsors.
• Handle research billing tasks and ensure billing compliance.
• Review data metrics to monitor portfolio performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
