The Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk role in Woburn, MA involves shipping, receiving and packing, coordinating with couriers to ensure timely delivery. The position requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of related experience, and a 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday–Friday schedule with every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related experience required.
• Shift is 8am to 4:30pm, Monday–Friday with every 3rd weekend; holidays/overtime as needed.
• Pay is $22.75/hr + benefits.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, packing and working with couriers for timely delivery.
• Monitor and participate in activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and FedEx deliveries.
• Assist with packing products to customers ensuring scheduled delivery times are met.
• Maintenance and cleaning support to pharmacy and warehouse.
• Responsible for product disposal and destruction.
• Maintenance and filing of packing lists.
• Participates in of Pharmacy products/supplies for clean room use.
• Performs material receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Passes annual eye exam.

Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipping, receiving, packing and working with our couriers for timely delivery of our products

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and/or participating in the activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and all FedEx deliveries.
• Assists with packing products to customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring scheduled delivery times are met.
• Handles basic maintenance of warehouse and provide cleaning support to pharmacy.
• Responsible for product disposal and destruction.
• Responsible for maintenance and filing of packing lists.
• Participates in of Pharmacy products/supplies for clean room use.
• Performs material receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Passes annual eye exam.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

• Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
• Follows established procedures and guidelines.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.
• No problem solving skills required as job is routine and repetitive.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
• Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Education and Professional Knowledge:

High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.

• 2+ years related experience required
• Schedule is (8am to 4:30pm) Monday-Friday and every 3rd weekend. Holidays/overtime as needed
