Job summary

Central Admixture Pharmacy in Englewood, New Jersey, is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk to ship, receive, pack and coordinate with couriers for timely delivery.

You will work on-site 9:30am-6pm Monday through Friday with alternating weekends. The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a high school diploma; training for cGMP is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 02-04 years related experience.
• cGMP training/experience desired, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Monitors and participates in activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and FedEx deliveries.
• Assists with packing products to customers ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintains warehouse and provides cleaning support to the pharmacy.
• Performs product disposal and destruction.
• Maintains packing lists and filing.
• Supports clean room activities with pharmacy products/supplies.
• Handles material receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Passes annual eye exam.

Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipping, receiving, packing and working with our couriers for timely delivery of our products

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and/or participating in the activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and all FedEx deliveries.
• Assists with packing products to customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring scheduled delivery times are met.
• Handles basic maintenance of warehouse and provide cleaning support to pharmacy.
• Responsible for product disposal and destruction.
• Responsible for maintenance and filing of packing lists.
• Participates in of Pharmacy products/supplies for clean room use.
• Performs material receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Passes annual eye exam.

• Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
• Follows established procedures and guidelines.

• No problem solving skills required as job is routine and repetitive.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
• Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Education and Professional Knowledge:

High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.

Experience:

• 02-04 years related experience required.
• cGMP training/experience desired, training will be provided.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Schedule: (9:30am-6pm) Monday-Friday plus alternating weekends. Holidays/overtime as needed
• Salary range is $18.54 - $22.75
