Job summary

CAPS®, part of the B. Braun Group of Companies in the U.S. is seeking a Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk in Woburn, MA. You will handle shipping, receiving and packing, working with couriers to ensure on-time delivery of our admixture products.

This onsite role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm) with weekend rotation, pays $22.75 per hour plus benefits, and requires a high school diploma and 2+ years related experience.

• Pay is $22.75/hr + benefits.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving, packing and coordinating with couriers for timely delivery.
• Monitor and assist CAPS drivers, couriers and FedEx deliveries.
• Pack products for customers to meet scheduled delivery times.
• Perform basic warehouse maintenance and cleaning support for the pharmacy.
• Handle product disposal and destruction and filing packing lists.

Position Summary:

The Pharmacy Warehouse Clerk is responsible for shipping, receiving, packing and working with our couriers for timely delivery of our products

• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Responsible for monitoring and/or participating in the activities of CAPS drivers, couriers, and all FedEx deliveries.
• Assists with packing products to customers in a timely and professional manner ensuring scheduled delivery times are met.
• Handles basic maintenance of warehouse and provide cleaning support to pharmacy.
• Responsible for product disposal and destruction.
• Responsible for maintenance and filing of packing lists.
• Participates in of Pharmacy products/supplies for clean room use.
• Performs material receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Passes annual eye exam.

The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

• Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature.
• Work performed within narrowly defined parameters.
• Follows established procedures and guidelines.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Work is typically checked and monitored on a routine basis.
• No problem solving skills required as job is routine and repetitive.
• Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
• Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.

Education and Professional Knowledge:

High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.

Experience:

• 2+ years related experience required
• Schedule is (8am to 4:30pm) Monday-Friday and every 3rd weekend. Holidays/overtime as needed
• Pay is $22.75/hr + benefits
