• National Certified Pharmacy Technician required or certification earned within 90 days of employment.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Program completion preferred.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to our customer healthcare centers.
• Triage customer service requests by department, urgency and information required.
• Prioritize daily workflow queues.
• Research questions, issues and variances and provide resolution to customer.
• Enter orders accurately into the pharmacy computer applications system.
