Thrifty White Pharmacy in Minnesota is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to provide excellent customer service to pharmacy partners via phone.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and be comfortable handling pharmacy-related inquiries. Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting with medication terminology, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Comfortable on phones for the majority of the shift.
• Comfortable sitting for long periods of time.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and handle questions.
• Place outbound calls to pharmacy partners to follow up.
• Index and identify incoming faxes to ensure timeliness.
• Assist customers with Medicare Part D questions.
