High school diploma or equivalent (GED), Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy (SCBOP), Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (Except). Failure to maintain certification will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Advanced certification: SC Board of Pharmacy State Certification or other area-specific advanced certification from an approved provider (e.g. ASHP, PTCB). Minimum experience: 3 years preferred. Must be able to: Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy, multitask, maintain composure under stressful situations, pay great attention to detail, demonstrate professionalism, Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
