Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with care and professionalism.
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions.
• Support the front register when needed.
• Receive prescriptions and gather patient information.
• Enter patient, prescriber, and medication data.
• Fill, count, label, and process prescriptions.
• Contact prescribers for refills, clarifications, or additional information.
• Take verbal prescriptions from prescribers at the pharmacist’s direction.
