Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all pharmacy customers.
• Input prescriptions for new fills and refills accurately per the prescriber’s order: patient, provider, NDC, dosing, refills, dates, signatures, directions, drug-drug interactions, drug-allergies interactions, and DAW coding.
• Fill prescriptions and deliver them to the pharmacist for review.
• Check electronic system for electronic prescriptions and processing promptly.
• Maintain accurate patient records, demographics, insurance, and allergies.
• Assist with patient billing, AR management, delivery and mail orders, and reminders.
