VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Trainer for JPS Health Network’s outpatient pharmacy in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This full‑time role develops and delivers training programs, creates educational materials, and mentors technician trainees to pass NHA or PTCB exams.

The trainer stays current with regulations and collaborates with pharmacy leadership to identify training needs, assess outcomes, and maintain high professional standards.

Qualifications

Texas license required.
PTCB or NHA certification required.
Minimum 2 years as a pharmacy technician; 1 year in training/mentoring preferred.
High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement an effective training plan for pharmacy team members.
Create course content, manuals, or other training material.
Revise existing training materials and programs based on regulations and feedback.
Oversee pharmacy team member development and coaching for skills.
Identify skill gaps and develop training content.
Assess impact of training programs and measure understanding.
