Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, members and other health care personnel and initiates service transactions.
• Assists with inputting patient and prescription information and labeling.
• Matches prescriptions with labels and prepares for pharmacist checking.
• Picks up and delivers medications and supplies per schedule.
• Calculates price for prescriptions and handles cash/check/credit payments.
• Balances monies and prepares bank deposits.
• Inspects work area and ensures safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinates and answers incoming phone calls.
