• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with patience and empathy in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform accurate dosage calculations and conversions per regulatory standards and policies.
• Troubleshoot rejected insurance claims and assist customers.
• Input prescription information accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA and company policies.
• Handle medications properly and follow department policies and procedures.
