Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician willing to work under supervision and handle medications while ensuring quality control. The role requires a High School diploma and a Registered Pharmacy Technician Trainee, with previous experience preferred. Our Company

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

• Able to work under the direction of a supervisor.
• Experience working Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) room a plus.
• Maintains floor stock, restocking, removal of expired medications.
• Rotate stock of medication areas to assure quality controls.
• Prepack for floor bulk prescribed medications.
• Package fill and ship medications.
• Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
• Team player and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy.
• Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician Trainee required.
• Previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to physically perform light lifting.

Shift

Monday-Friday & every other weekend.
