Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient and accurate provision of medications per standards.
• Supervise technicians, schedule, payroll maintenance, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate training and in-services; lead performance improvement initiatives.
