Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy, or the ability to obtain registration by your first day of employment.
• At least 1 year of relevant pharmacy experience required.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through the PTCB required within 6 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, compound, package, and distribute medications under supervision of licensed pharmacists.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced pharmacy automation and robotic dispensing equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, medication ordering, and workflow optimization.
• Support medication repackaging and distribution processes that ensure patients receive safe, accurate therapies.
• Utilize electronic health records and pharmacy software systems to support pharmacy operations.
• Train and mentor new pharmacy coworkers while serving as a resource within the department.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of medication safety and service excellence.
