Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy, following company policies and procedures and delivering a distinctive customer experience.

You will use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, coaching technicians and cashiers if certified, while supporting store operations and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and Walgreens familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and support cashiers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Support inventory management and clerical duties as assigned.
