The RN Triage Nurse will be responsible for handling phone calls from the patients who are seeking medical information and/or medical attention. The RN Triage Nurse will undertake assessment of their health needs, with the aid of decision support software and give advice as appropriate in compliance with appropriate protocols. The RN Triage Nurse will schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide health education as required.
