Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Registered Pharmacy Technician to our team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a PRN opportunity! This is an entry level position and the perfect opportunity to gain experience in a clinical setting. This candidate will deliver medications to patient floors and stock the Omnicell dispensing cabinet. This candidate will assist with duties within the central pharmacy. A Pharmacy technician license in the state of Florida is required for this position.

As a Pharmacy Technician, your job duties will include:

• Assisting pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications.
• Maintaining the drug inventory.
• Maintaining patient records.
• Working under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Pharmacy Technician Experience:

• Less than 1 year Technician Experience

Education & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma Required
• Registered Pharmacy Tech (RPT) with Florida Board of Pharmacy Required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) Preferred

This Registered Pharmacy Technician will be located at Baptist Jacksonville.
