JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to perform a variety of technical and clerical duties for the hospital-wide drug distribution system. Responsibilities include preparing medications, maintaining records, and assisting in the procurement and delivery of pharmaceutical supplies.
The ideal candidate will be a High School Graduate or equivalent, with pharmacy experience preferred, and must hold a pharmacy tech license. This role is critical in supporting nursing units effectively.
KPC Promise Hospital of PHOENIX: Under the supervision and direction of the Director of Pharmacy/ Pharmacist, he/she performs a variety of technical and clerical duties for the hospital-wide unit dose drug distribution system and intravenous admixture program. Responsible to maintain confidential reports, enter and retrieve data utilizing the computer system, prepare medications, fills automated medication dispensing system with a supply of unit dose medications, procure, and fill requests for pharmaceutical supplies and deliver supplies to nursing units.
