KPC Promise Hospital of SALT LAKE: Under the supervision and direction of the Director of Pharmacy/ Pharmacist, the pharmacist performs a variety of technical and clerical duties for the hospital-wide unit dose drug distribution system and intravenous admixture program. The pharmacist maintains confidential reports, enters and retrieves data utilizing the computer system, prepares medications, fills the automated medication dispensing system with a supply of unit dose medications, procures, and fills requests for pharmaceutical supplies and delivers supplies to nursing units.
