At Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, our hospital has been ranked in the Top 10% nationally for rehabilitative care for 15 years and has earned The Joint Commission’s Stroke Certification and Brain Injury Certification. We are a 44-bed hospital providing specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services, as well as Home Health services to the Northern Arizona community. Our patients often recover from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the State Board of Pharmacy
• Current state certification and registration preferred
• Hospital experience preferred
• National certification (PTCB) preferred
