The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center (JHBMC) Department of Pharmacy employs student pharmacists to serve in a pharmacy technician (pharmacy intern) capacity.
The Pharmacy Technicians are responsible for a variety of duties to assist in the preparation and packaging of medications, distribution and delivery of medications, supporting the maintenance of proper inventory levels, and keeping appropriate records and documentation.

Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certified required.
$27.50/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
