Atria Health Institute is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support medication preparation, inventory control, and patient data entry. You will ensure efficient dispensing and customer service in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Position emphasizes accuracy, PHI confidentiality, and teamwork with pharmacists and care providers. High school diploma and pharmacy tech experience preferred; license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred (3 years).
• Customer service experience preferred (1 year).
• Pharmacy Technician License preferred.

Responsabilités

• Select drugs from stock for preparation: counts, pours, or mixes pharmaceuticals; labels containers; packages and ships medications.
• Monitors prescription inventory for expired pharmaceuticals.
• Enters prescription data into a computerized system to create a patient profile.
• Maintains pharmacy in a clean, orderly condition.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients and medical professionals via phone or in person.
• Maintains confidentiality of PHI.
• Maintains pharmacy filing systems and related logs/invoices.
• Prepares and tracks delivery instructions and invoices for home or office delivery.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
