Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice in accordance with regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations if PTCB certified.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Engaging customers by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• Sharing customer service best practices to ensure a positive experience, including interpersonal skills and Walgreens service traits.
• Developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Supporting pharmacy practice under pharmacist supervision, adhering to policies and regulations.
• Performing duties such as entering information, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and assisting with workflow management.
• Reporting prescription errors immediately and adhering to quality policies.
• Handling sales transactions, assisting customers, and supporting inventory management.
• Supporting clinical services and maintaining good relationships with healthcare providers.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked pharmacy environment and supporting other tasks as needed.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through our training program and continuing education.
• Attending training sessions and staying updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
