Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers and resolving issues.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• Share customer service best practices to ensure a positive experience and develop strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assist in pharmacy duties such as entering information, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and maintaining workflow under supervision.
• Report prescription errors immediately and adhere to policies regarding dispensing and quality improvement.
• Handle sales transactions, assist customers in locating products, and process third-party claims efficiently.
• Support inventory management, clinical services, and community outreach activities.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated training program and/or state certification.
• Attend training sessions, acquire continuing education credits, and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico) and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
