• Assist pharmacists under supervision, following state and federal regulations.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug info, process prescriptions, and support pharmacy operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and develop customer relationships.

Customer Experience

• Greet and assist customers, resolving issues and answering questions.
• Share customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Support pharmacy practices, including entering data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medicines.
• Report prescription errors and adhere to dispensing policies.
• Handle sales, process claims, and support inventory management.
• Assist with clinical services and maintain a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Training & Personal Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification, with opportunities for promotion.
• Attend training and continuing education.
• Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
