• Assist pharmacists under supervision, following regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and manage patient and drug information.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Operational Responsibilities include:

• Supporting pharmacy practice under supervision, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Entering and verifying prescription information, assisting with inventory, and supporting clinical services.
• Handling sales, cash registers, and communication with healthcare providers.

Training & Development:

• Maintain PTCB certification and continue education.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer prior retail experience, knowledge of inventory, and computer skills.
