Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision, following state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
• Deliver excellent customer service and develop strong customer relationships.

Additional Duties

• Support pharmacy operations, including billing, inventory management, and clinical services assistance.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.

Training & Development

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through Walgreens' training program.
• Attend training sessions and acquire continuing education credits.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Prefer six months of retail experience and familiarity with pharmacy operations.
• Good math and computer skills are preferred.
