Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and building relationships.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferably, six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.

Additional responsibilities involve inventory management, supporting clinical services, maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, and adhering to all policies and procedures.
