Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations, and assisting with other pharmacy duties as per company policies.
2. Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and, if PTCB certified, assisting and coaching other pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
3. Delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Customer Experience

• Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• Sharing customer service best practices and developing strong relationships with valuable customers.

Operations

• Assisting in pharmacy practices, including data entry, prescription filling, verifying medicines, and scheduling workflow.
• Reporting prescription errors, adhering to dispensing policies, handling sales and cash, and supporting inventory management.
• Supporting clinical services, maintaining store appearance, and fostering positive relationships with healthcare providers.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintaining PTCB certification through training and continuing education.
• Attending training and staying updated on healthcare developments.

Additional requirements include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico), willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
