Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist under supervision in pharmacy practice, complying with regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and assist with pharmacy operations.
• Providing excellent customer service, greeting customers, resolving issues, and developing strong relationships.

Additional duties:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including data entry, prescription filling, inventory management, and supporting clinical services.
• Maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures, and supporting team relationships.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our training program or state certification.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy practices.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
