Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, in accordance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions. If PTCB certified, assisting and coaching other pharmacy technicians and cashiers.
• Delivering a positive customer experience by engaging with customers and resolving issues.

Additional duties:

• Supporting pharmacy operations, including entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and checking for interactions.
• Handling administrative tasks such as cash register operations, processing manual claims, inventory management, and supporting clinical services.
• Maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers and supporting store maintenance and organization.

Training & Personal Development:

• Earn and maintain PTCB certification through our program and/or state certification requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to stay current in healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Qualifications include fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico), willingness to work flexible hours, and preferably some retail experience and prior knowledge of pharmacy operations. PTCB certification is preferred but not required initially.
