Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Require one-year experience as a pharmacy technician within the inpatient pharmacy of the health system.
• Maintain National Pharmacy Certification.
• Respond to emails promptly and complete assignments on time.
• Rank above average on yearly evaluation.
• No active absences or tardy counseling; no behavioral or similar counseling within one year of applying.
• Demonstrate independence and time management skills.
• Ability to work various schedules and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and quality focus.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting a minimum of 10 pounds.
• Must be able to see and read physician orders and medication labels, with manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
