Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across our retail stores. You will help manage workflow, assist customers, and perform immunization support where permitted by law.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining patient privacy, and contributing to a compassionate, inclusive culture while meeting regulatory requirements and training timelines for licensure and certification.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot between tasks, ensure label accuracy and patient safety.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist customers with empathy and care.
• Communication Skills for interacting with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning for dispensing prescriptions and computing day’s supply.
• Problem Resolution in challenging patient or colleague interactions.
