Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and compassionate patient care in-store. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, immunizations coordination where applicable, and patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone channels.

The role emphasizes adherence to SOPs, accuracy in labeling, and ongoing learning to expand clinical and technical knowledge while maintaining a flexible schedule across stores in the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent as minimum education.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.
• 1–3 years of pharmacy technician experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions and patient service.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure safe and accurate dispensing.
• Deliver compassionate customer service and support to patients.
• Respond to patient questions and escalate issues as needed.
