Formación

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Registration with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy is required or trainee status.
• National certification (PTCB/ExCPT) preferred at hire; experience with third-party payer benefits is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process prescriptions via paper and electronic formats accurately and timely.
• Adjudicate prescriptions with insurance and manage patient costs.
• Respond to provider and patient requests via phone, email or in person.
• Maintain records per policy and law; assist with inventory and stock.
• Support non-sterile compounding and ensure a safe, compliant workflow.
• Interact professionally in a fast-paced, diverse team environment.
