Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report illegal activity.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations; identify unsafe conditions.
• Order with primary and secondary wholesalers.
• Follow guidelines on inventory management and ordering of medications, devices, supplements and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Count, measure and prepare specified product using company best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure value to customer and company.
• Answer phone and triage calls and inquiries.
• Follow guidelines on accepting and tendering vendor coupons and cash handling to prevent shrink.
• Operate cash register and process transactions per policy.
• Provide stellar customer experience through reception, data entry, adjudication and dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities excluding professional judgement.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Support health and wellness initiatives.
• Put away legend orders including Central Fill deliveries.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and manage conflicts professionally.
