The Kroger Co. (King Soopers) is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to join our team in Colorado. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist pharmacists, handle data entry, and help dispense medications while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Able to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
• Comply with and reinforce all food safety, sanitation and safety regulations according to health code regulations; identify unsafe conditions and notify store management.
• Understand and follow the company guidelines on computerized inventory management, control, and ordering of all medications, devices, supplements and supplies.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
