Kroger Co. is seeking a pharmacy clerk to provide exceptional customer service, support pharmacists, and help maintain a clean, safe, compliant store environment.

You will perform reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing steps, handle cash register transactions, answer inquiries, and assist with health and wellness initiatives, HIPAA compliance, and community service.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements to perform the functions related to the position.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and help customers and employees in a fair, ethical, safe, clean environment.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities that do not require professional judgement.
• Accurately complete reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing steps.
• Answer phone, triage inquiries, and manage customer questions.
• Operate cash register and handle electronic payments (credit/debit, EBT, gift cards) and cash transactions.
• Support HIPAA compliance and protect patient and company information.
• Help with health and wellness initiatives and community outreach.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering from wholesalers.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and customer waiting areas.
