Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
• Comply with and reinforce all safety regulations and programs; identify unsafe conditions.
• Understand and perform ordering functions with wholesalers.
• Follow guidelines on inventory management, ordering of medications, devices, supplements and supplies.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Prepare specified product using company best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure value to customer and company.
• Answer phone and triage calls and inquiries.
• Adhere to vendor coupon guidelines and loss prevention rules.
• Operate cash register; process electronic payments and cash transactions.
• Provide customer reception, data entry, adjudication and product dispensing steps.
• Assist pharmacist in duties not requiring professional judgment.
• Respect HIPAA and company policies.
• Support health and wellness initiatives.
