Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in creating a safe, accurate and caring patient experience. You will assist with prescriptions, immunizations when permitted by state law, and follow SOPs to ensure quality service across store locations.

Role requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and math skills, and flexibility to travel within the market as needed. Training and licensing steps are provided by CVS Health.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required to assist patients and customers.
• Ability to perform accurate medication labeling and provide safe pharmaceutical care.
• Math skills for dispensing medications and calculating days’ supply.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist patients with pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions while delivering compassionate service.
• Complete inventory tasks and follow SOPs; assist with immunizations where permitted by law.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to cover shifts and meet business needs.
