Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician in Oceanside, CA. You will support pharmacists with prescription processing, patient service, and inventory control while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires enrollment in state licensure where applicable, with experience in pharmacy settings preferred and availability for flexible shifts including weekends. Training and immunization support may be provided where allowed.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board requirements for pharmacy practice; age and licensure details vary by state.
• Minimum 1–3 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Ability to work across shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, labeling and dispensing.
• Provide compassionate patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Perform inventory tasks, cycle counts and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Support immunization services and testing where permitted by regulation.
