Job summary

CVS Health in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations and patient care. You will assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment, customer service, and some immunization support where allowed, while following SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists.
• Assist with pharmacy workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Perform basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed.
• Support immunizations and vaccines where allowed by law and trained to do so.
