Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and efficient prescription fulfillment within our retail stores. You will help ensure accurate labeling, patient safety, and a compassionate customer experience across multiple touchpoints, including drive-thru and phone interactions.

The role requires completion of required training, state licensure/certification, and flexibility for varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If no minimum age is set by state, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy to protect patient safety.
• Deliver empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including stocking and cycle counts.
• Support the pharmacy team and be open to feedback and learning.
• Willingness to travel to stores in the market as needed.
