Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and excellent patient service. You will follow SOPs, assist in inventory, and provide empathetic care during pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions.

Role requires state licensure/certification as applicable, willingness to travel within the market, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Training and certification progress may be required.

Qualifications

Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements and licensure.
State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
Minimum age may be 16 years where not otherwise specified by state board.

Responsibilities

Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists.
Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
Deliver empathetic patient service across in-store interactions.
Assist with basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed.
Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business.
