Job summary

Qualifications

• Meet all state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Must obtain National Pharmacy Technician Certification issued by PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT) within 9 months of job entry.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by operating cash registers and handling payments.
• Maintain pharmacy merchandise presentation by stocking and rotating items and setting up displays.
• Assist with prescription fulfillment and insurance claims processing.
• Enter prescription data into pharmacy software and ensure accuracy.
• Provide member service during prescription pickup and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure accurate and timely service.
