Job summary

Sam's Club in Evansville, IN is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help members with purchasing decisions, locate items, resolve issues, and promote products and services. You will operate cash registers, process payments, returns and exchanges, and assist with daily store activities.

You will stock and maintain the Pharmacy area, assist with prescription and OTC orders, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering friendly service to members.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
• Operates hardware such as cash registers and processes member purchases, payments, returns and exchanges according to procedures.
• Receives and stocks merchandise, maintains the Pharmacy area, documents orders and handles prescription and OTC processing tasks.
