Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task and pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Verify prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide friendly customer service and work in a team environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Perform mathematical calculations for prescriptions, days supply and bottle counts.
• Identify and resolve challenging patient or colleague interactions.
• Move and lift items as required by the role, including up to 20 lbs.
